Spirit Hub Circle – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to membership of the Spirit Hub Circle, created and run by Nikki Leader.
By joining the Spirit Hub Circle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Spirit Hub Circle
The Spirit Hub Circle is a paid membership community offering spiritual, wellbeing and personal-development content and experiences.
Membership may include:
Monthly astrology guidance
Tarot and intuitive guidance
Monthly guided meditations
Lunar rituals and practices
The Monthly Sanctuary Zoom gathering
Recommendations for books, films and other inspiring resources
Member discounts and occasional special content
Other spiritual and wellbeing resources shared within the Circle
The content and activities offered may change from time to time as the Circle develops.
2. Membership and payment
Membership is paid monthly by recurring subscription.
The standard membership price is currently £15 per month.
Founding Member Price
The first 150 members to join the Spirit Hub Circle will receive the Founding Member Price of £11 per month.
Your £11 monthly price will continue for as long as you remain continuously subscribed.
If you cancel your membership and later choose to rejoin, your founding-member status and £11 monthly rate will end. You may rejoin at the standard membership price applicable at that time, currently £15 per month.
Your membership is personal to you and may not be transferred to another person.
3. Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your membership at any time.
When you cancel, no further recurring payments will be taken, subject to any payment already due or being processed.
Your access will normally continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
4. Ending or changing the Spirit Hub Circle
The Spirit Hub Circle is intended to be an ongoing membership community, but it is not guaranteed to operate indefinitely.
Nikki Leader reserves the right to change, pause or discontinue particular elements of the Circle where reasonably necessary.
If the Circle becomes commercially unviable, including where active paid membership falls below 20 members, Nikki Leader reserves the right to close the Circle.
Where the Circle is closed, members will be given at least one month's notice where reasonably possible. If you have paid for a period extending beyond the closure date, any appropriate refund will be provided.
5. Changes to membership content
The content, format, dates and frequency of particular membership activities may change from time to time.
For example, guest sessions, Zoom gatherings, resources or particular features may be introduced, changed or discontinued.
The overall purpose of the Circle will remain to provide spiritual, intuitive and wellbeing content, community and opportunities for reflection and personal development.
6. Content and intellectual property
All original content created by Nikki Leader for the Spirit Hub Circle, including written material, recordings, meditations, teaching materials, audio, video and other resources, remains the intellectual property of Nikki Leader unless otherwise stated.
Membership gives you permission to access and use this content for your own personal use only.
You must not copy, reproduce, record, publish, sell, share, distribute or commercially use Circle content without written permission from Nikki Leader.
7. Member contributions
Members may choose to share their own experiences, comments, questions or other contributions within the Circle.
You retain ownership of your own original contributions.
By sharing something within the Circle, you agree that Nikki Leader may use it within the Circle for the purpose of facilitating the community, unless you specifically ask otherwise.
Please respect the privacy and contributions of other members and do not share their personal stories, comments or information outside the Circle without their permission.
8. Community behaviour
The Spirit Hub Circle is intended to be a welcoming, respectful and supportive space.
Members are expected to treat Nikki Leader and other members with kindness and respect.
Harassment, bullying, abusive behaviour, discrimination, unwanted promotion, spam or behaviour that disrupts the community will not be accepted.
Nikki Leader reserves the right to remove a member from the Circle where reasonably necessary to protect the community.
Where membership is ended for this reason, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable consumer rights.
9. Spiritual and wellbeing content
The Spirit Hub Circle provides spiritual, intuitive and wellbeing content for personal reflection, exploration and development.
Tarot, astrology, meditation and other spiritual practices are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.
10. Availability and technical issues
Every reasonable effort will be made to provide the membership content and activities described.
Occasionally, content, Zoom sessions, WhatsApp access or other services may be affected by technical problems, illness, circumstances beyond Nikki Leader's reasonable control or other unforeseen events.
Where reasonably possible, alternative arrangements or replacement content will be provided.
11. Refunds
Payments are made on a monthly recurring basis.
If you cancel, your access will normally continue until the end of your current paid membership period.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided when joining the Spirit Hub Circle will be handled in accordance with the Nikki Leader Privacy Notice.

14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Acceptance
By subscribing to the Spirit Hub Circle, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions and agree to them.
These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between you and Nikki Leader for your Spirit Hub Circle membership.
