The Monthly Sanctuary

A monthly pause from the busy-ness of life. Our Sanctuary gathering is a relaxed Zoom space to come with a cuppa, a glass of something, or simply yourself. We'll reflect on the month that's passed, explore what's unfolding in the sky and the seasons, share thoughts and experiences, and consider simple ways to support ourselves as we move through life.

Sometimes we'll welcome a special guest to bring a new perspective, practice or something to inspire us.

There is no expectation to have anything figured out…

It's simply a space to pause, listen, share and connect.
