Sound Ceremonies

The frequencies of sound literally harmonise our energy into balance.

@nikkileader

Sound has the capacity to shift neurobiology and neurochemistry and neurobiology in a therapeutic way. Sound waves are the frequency that travels through energy and matter and therefore our human body.

Any energy blockages caused over our lifetime prevent the flow of balance in our systems, and so we live out of harmony. Emotions block the flow in our body’s energy system, leading to dysfunction and disease.

The frequencies of music and sound have scientific benefits to our mental and physical wellbeing so using sound as a medicine has many benefits to our holistic health.

Typically a One to one sound session/sonic massage will involve a short guided visualisation to help focus your mind inwards, as your body and mind relax the healing hormones of serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin begin to release. The instruments are then played around the body (or on the body for sonic massage).

These vibrations and healing tones you may bring a sense of peace, emotional healing, insights, creative thoughts and the most restful sleep you have experienced.
